DESCRIPTION
Decypher is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to support at Tinker, AFB, OK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate appropriate referrals
- Performs crisis assessments, intakes, and assessments
- Assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients
- Performs individual therapy using evidenced based practices
- Group Mental Health Therapist for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program
- Group Mental Health Therapist for Anger Management
- Develops treatment plans including mental health, case management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Medical Social Worker (MSW)
- Masters Degree In Social Work (MSW) accredited by (CSWE)
- 2 years of recent Mental Health experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a NACI background check
